Choosing a product online should feel straightforward and reassuring. At Thom09, we want you to know what you are ordering, what to expect from the product and how your order will be handled. Our focus is on automotive decals and vinyl graphics that help you give your vehicle a personal look, with finishes selected to make every design stand out.
We take quality seriously. We aim to offer clean, well-finished graphics made for a sharp appearance, and we present product details and finish options as clearly as possible so you can choose what suits your style. Whether you prefer a subtle look or a more eye-catching finish, please review the product description and available options before ordering. If anything is unclear, contact us before you buy and we will do our best to help you make an informed choice.
Careful handling from order to dispatch
After your order is placed, we process it with care and prepare it for dispatch so it can make its journey to you in good condition. We take care with packaging and order handling, because a product should arrive ready for you to inspect and use. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, the carrier and the circumstances of the shipment. You can find the applicable delivery information at checkout or on our shipping information page, and tracking details will be shared when available.
We serve customers online, including customers outside the Netherlands. For international orders, delivery routes, transit times, import charges and local rules can differ by country. Any duties, taxes or other charges that apply are determined by the relevant authorities and the checkout or shipping information available for your destination. Please check those details before completing your purchase, so you know what to expect.
Clear information and real support
A reliable shopping experience is built on clear information and accessible support. Please read the product details, selected finish, shipping information and returns policy before placing your order. If you have a question about a design, finish, order or delivery, get in touch through our contact page. Include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase; this helps us find the right information and respond more efficiently.
We do not want you to feel pressured into ordering or left guessing. Take the time you need to decide, and contact us if you need clarification. We will give you the information we have and help where we can. If something does not go as expected, please contact us so we can understand the issue and explain the next steps in line with our store policies and your applicable consumer rights.
